Eligibility Criteria Requirements 

• Qualification - Intermediate Pre-medical with 50% marks 
• Age Limit - 17th Years to 35 years 
• Gender - Both Male and Female 
• Shift - Morning and Evening 

Nursing mein admission lene ke liye required documents konse hone chahiye.

• HSSC-II A level or equivalent marks certificate 
• Matric marks certificate
• Matric Passing Certificate 
• Domicile of candidate and father/mother form p1
• PRC form C of candidate 
• FRC 
• Smart card of candidate 
• CNIC of father mother 
• Four 4 Passport size photographs
• Original Fees paid voucher
